I would like to pay a compliment about one of your staff - Suzanne. I was a little upset and e-mailed your customer services about the cruise although it was not implying in any way that Suzanne has not done a really good job, as this was more about my concerns with the cruise. Suzanne contacted me and put all my fears to rest with her kind and brilliant customer care skills she has bent over backwards to help allay my concerns and indeed has gone out of her way to help. I said that this would be my first and last cruise with Planet Cruise but with customer care like Suzanne who has given more than 110% then I take this back. As you can see I cannot praise the girl high enough and feel that if there is a recommendation for best customer service skills then it should go to her.
