Dining facilities vary between individual ships. Here is what you can expect to find on Regent's Seven Seas Voyager by way of example:

There are four open-seating main restaurants plus the Pool Grill - a surprising number of dining establishments for a ship of her size! Waiters recruited from some of the world's finest restaurants and hotels provide the renowned "Above and Beyond" service. Select wines and spirits are served with dinner, or you may select an alternative reserve vintage available for purchase from the wine cellar. And if you prefer to dine en suite, you may order selections from the chef's nightly menu during regular dining hours - while the room service menu is available 24 hours a day.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises Dining

Compass Rose Restaurant Onboard Regent Seven Seas Cruise Ships

Seven Seas Voyager's largest restaurant is spacious and absolutely stunning. Tables are arranged so that most guests have a picture window view, and thanks to the handsome etched glass partitions, you'll feel like you're dining in a much more intimate room. Menus include continental specialties as well as vegetarian and spa cuisine.

Signatures Restaurant Onboard Regent Seven Seas Cruise Ships

Signatures is a classically French a la carte restaurant operated under the auspices of Le Cordon Bleu. Le Cordon Bleu is undoubtedly the most famous culinary school in the world today and these are the only restaurants at sea today operated by Le Cordon Bleu chefs.

The ambience of Signatures on board Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner is classically and elegant French, of course, and the cooking techniques are those handed down by generations of Cordon Bleu Chefs. But the cuisine is far from traditional - a marvellous mixture of culinary delights as inventive and eclectic as tomorrow await you. In order to ensure the authenticity and quality of the Le Cordon Bleu experience from Paris, they are unfortunately not able to accommodate alterations from this menu. This elegant venue is only open for dinner by reservation. The Dress Code requires jackets for Gentlemen and informal attire for Ladies.

Prime 7 Onboard Regent Seven Seas Cruise Ships

The most intimate of restaurants on board, Prime 7 is a glamorous, contemporary interpretation of a classic American steakhouse. Along with avant-garde appetizers, savoury soups and tantalizing desserts, the stars of the evening are the main courses with eight Prime, dry-aged steaks to choose from, plus an enticing selection of lamb, pork, poultry and seafood specialties. This restaurant is only open for dinner by reservations.

La Veranda Onboard Regent Seven Seas Cruise Ships

La Veranda is the venue for elaborate breakfast and lunch buffets in a more casual atmosphere - al fresco, if you choose. At dinnertime, the setting is light-hearted and festive with an enticing mix of regional specialties served.

24-Hour Room Service Onboard Regent Seven Seas Cruise Ships

If you prefer to dine en suite, you may order selections from the chef's nightly menu during regular dining hours. In addition, the room service menu is available 24 hours a day - all complimentary, of course.

Regent Seven Seas Cruise Dress Code – Formal

Attire ranges from country club casual to informal and formal. Country Club casual (resort-style outfits) is appropriate for daytime on board ship or ashore. Evening attire can be Country Club casual, informal or formal. Casual wear includes open neck shirts, trousers and sport outfits. For informal evenings, dresses or suits, coats and ties are suggested. Formal evening-wear is gowns and cocktail dresses, tuxedos, dinner jackets or dark suits. Cruises of seven to ten days have one or two formal nights; longer cruises of eleven to fourteen days usually have three formal nights.
